Obtain confirmed animal service at least 72 hours ahead, with an adult passenger. Hold pet plus crate ≤50 kg; strong rigid ventilated leakproof crate. Dash 8 Q 300 hold service unavailable 1 November–1 April. Yakutsk–Harbin and Irkutsk–Almaty pet services temporarily unavailable; listed short-nosed dogs excluded.
