Cargo pets older than eight weeks, combined ≤65 kg, suitable crate and health documentation when required. Use an approved commercial transporter for short-nosed breeds; direct cargo booking is not available for these. When booking directly, the owner cannot take the same flight; transport partners can arrange available same-flight travel.

Current cabin trial: Adelaide–Melbourne services available to 31 January 2027, subject to final approvals. Other listed trial routes ended their advertised booking window on 30 September 2026 and are not established as currently available. Small dogs/cats ≥8 weeks, combined ≤8 kg; soft carrier ≤44 ×28 ×28 cm. Book more than 72 hours before and check in at least 75 minutes before. One pet per guest, published introductory fee AUD 149 per flight, subject to booking quote.

Applicable conditions
Conditional vet certificate within 14 days for listed health, age, pregnancy and short-nose cases. The page prohibits birth within seven days but a later FAQ refers to 48 hours; use the stricter seven-day condition pending clarification. This cabin service does not establish international pet permission.
