Request at least 36 hours ahead and wait for confirmation. Ordinary cabin dogs/cats combined ≤8 kg, carrier sum ≤115 cm (recommended 46 × 28 × 24 cm), underseat. One carrier per adult; shared-carrier exceptions depend on species, age and compatibility.

An Economy extra-seat pet can be requested at ticket booking: combined ≤15 kg, rigid carrier ≤50 × 40 × 40 cm, strapped to seat with absorbent covering. Hold requests are confirmed only up to 50 kg combined. Unaccompanied or very large animals use cargo. All dogs into the US are prohibited, including cargo; this does not ban cats.
