FLY WITH PET applies to all Star Flyer domestic routes. Small dogs/cats use a carrier of 55 L × 43 W × 75 H cm with standing/lying room. One pet per passenger and two per flight; mesh window, restraint handle and sealed closure. Secure at a rear window seat, owner adjacent. Keep inside wearing a diaper; no feeding, water dispenser allowed. Service terms state no pet oxygen and pets remain aboard during emergency evacuation.

Cabin fee JPY 50,000 per pet per segment. Reserve no later than two days before travel and prepay by credit card through the call centre. At least a three-component vaccine, plus rabies records for dogs and consent form. Cabin age wording requires vaccination completion but gives no week minimum. Arrive about 90 minutes ahead and finish procedures 40 minutes ahead; allow at least 90 minutes for another-carrier connection.

Domestic hold dogs/cats ≥4 months, fit to fly, not pregnant and without heart/respiratory disease. One pet per crate. Listed short-nosed dog breeds excluded annually 1 May–31 October. Rigid secure ventilated leakproof carrier with natural movement space; wheels removed/fixed. Fee JPY 6,600 per crate/segment; lodge by 30 minutes before departure and submit consent form. Rental crate sizes are examples, not a universal maximum.
