Combined cabin limit 12 kg and total dimensions ≤115 cm. Normally one pet per carrier; passenger must be over 12 and hold a ticket on the same flight. Obtain confirmation, pay separately and present the veterinary passport.

Above 12 kg normally travels in the hold; combined weight above 50 kg is prohibited. Rigid crates over 203 cm in summed dimensions need specialist booking, not automatic rejection. A 320 neo has an unheated hold (0–5°C), with over-12-kg transport only in summer. Short-nosed dogs are cabin-only ≤12 kg and require a guarantee form.
