Dogs/cats travel as accompanied hold baggage, not in the cabin. Combined pet+crate maximum 32 kg, crate maximum 51 × 69 × 48 cm as published without labelled axis order; normally one dog/cat per crate. Listed short-nosed dogs are refused. Flight space is limited and airport acceptance may require a later Skymark flight; no other-airline substitution.

Published fee per pet crate: JPY 5,000 Kagoshima–Amami Oshima and Naha–Miyako (Shimojishima); JPY 7,000 other routes. Loan crates are free subject to availability. Bring the signed consent form; pet handover opens two hours before departure.

The same page says finish counter procedures 30 minutes before departure and separately 40 minutes before. Confirm the actual deadline and arrive earlier than both; do not silently select the later time.
