Adjacent-seat option: carrier at most 55 × 35 × 30 cm and 15 kg combined, up to three pets. Use rigid/semi-rigid construction and an upper handle for belt restraint. No ordinary pet service to the UAE or on departures from Uzbekistan. No online check-in or listed exit/2 DE seats.

Published per-segment online/phone rates start at RUB 2,499 / EUR 38; airport RUB 3,499 / EUR 40 or AED 160 in Dubai. Additional-seat charges and the ordinary under-seat option need separate confirmation.
