FurPAL applies only to PAL domestic flights. Healthy weaned dogs/cats ≥12 weeks, combined ≤10 kg, one pet per adult ≥18. Soft enclosed leakproof carrier with at least two ventilation panels, approximate maximum 17 ×11 ×9.5 inches underseat. Book/pay at least 48 hours ahead; carrier is additional to normal hand baggage. Not an international cabin permission.

At check-in bring all four: signed FurPAL declaration/release, vet health certificate issued within five days of departure, rabies certificate showing vaccination within 12 months and still valid, and BAI shipping permit issued for departure location. Larger animals not eligible for FurPAL must follow separately confirmed cargo/AVIH procedures.
