Dogs/cats must be older than two months, healthy, clean, not pregnant or in heat. Only B 737 service, with confirmed quota. Use a single-door plastic IATA crate with absorbent lining, food/water and movement room; height at most 71 cm (28 in). Listed short-nosed/aggressive dogs are refused. Passenger-counter delivery at least one hour ahead.
