LATAM-operated flights only, without other-airline/codeshare connections. Dogs/cats at least 16 weeks old (six months to/from the US), healthy/docile, not sedated, pregnant or within 48 hours after birth. Economy/Premium Economy soft carrier 40 L × 28 W × 25 H cm, closed with standing/turning room. The rigid option lists length 36 without clear unit, width 33 cm and height 19 cm; confirm that option.

A 319/320/321: combined maximum 32 kg for flights up to four hours, 23 kg for four to five hours, no service above five hours. B 767/777/787: 45 kg, but Europe/Argentina/Venezuela to/from/via 32 kg. Crate dimension sum at most 300 cm, height 115 cm, head clearance at least 5 cm. At most one LATAM connection within seven hours; apply the stricter segment. Dangerous/short-nosed breeds excluded; SCL–GYE hold service suspended.

Request cabin service no later than four hours before departure and hold service 48 hours before. Within Brazil, hold requests cannot be made earlier than 60 days ahead. Space approval, country documents and current fee need confirmation.
