Ordinary pets are not accepted in the passenger cabin. Since 1 September 2023, live-animal transit through Kuwait International Airport is prohibited as baggage or cargo because there are no dedicated transit facilities. This is a transit restriction, not a ban on direct Kuwait origin/destination travel.

Inform reservations in advance. Pets are paid excess baggage, outside the free allowance, with health/vaccination certificates and permits for entry/transit. Separate secure, leakproof, ventilated carriers must allow natural standing/turning/lying, with accessible food/water and no wheels. Obtain the actual route/weight-band quote.

UK wording is inconsistent: one sentence says cargo-only from the UK, another allows London–Kuwait checked baggage or cargo. Kuwait–London is freight under an airwaybill; the stated permission excludes KWI/MAN/KWI. Confirm the precise route and service.
