The official 29 November 2024 consent form describes one dog/cat per passenger, at most 8 kg including the carrier; carrier 45 L × 37 W × 21 H cm, leak/escape-proof with natural standing/sitting/turning/lying space and uncompressed fit under the seat. Healthy, not pregnant; English controls discrepancies and says older than eight weeks. Closed throughout, pet diaper required. These are the dated form’s conditions, not confirmation of a current flight.
