Dogs and cats must be at least 16 weeks old and weigh at most 8 kg with the carrier; the traveller must be at least 18. Economy and Business service excludes exit and bulkhead rows. Under-seat carrier: 40 L × 40 W × 22 H cm; extra-seat carrier: 50 × 43 × 50 cm. Use a secure, leak-proof carrier ventilated on at least three sides, with room to move.

Apply at least seven days ahead, submit documents 72 hours ahead and check in three hours ahead. Abu Dhabi entry requires release permission and a health certificate endorsed within five days before departure. Listed exclusions include flights to the US, London, Manchester, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei and Melbourne; flights to/from Sydney, Bali, Malé, Johannesburg, Krabi, Hanoi and listed Indian airports are also excluded. Confirm direction, current route and restricted breeds or mixes.

Applicable conditions
The USD 399 offer required both booking and travel by 31 May 2026 and is no longer a current price. Business pets require an additional seat. Confirm current pet and seat prices; the USD 500 checked-falcon fee is not a dog/cat fee.
