Contact reservations at least 48 hours before departure. Carry valid health/vaccination documents and destination/transit documents. Pets are outside free baggage; another carrier’s onward checked transport must be booked separately.

Dogs/cats plus kennel must not exceed 8 kg. Maximum kennel 55 cm length ×40 cm width ×20 cm height, hard or soft, leak/escape proof, with room to stand, turn and lie. Stay inside throughout flight; quota is two animals per cabin zone, generally one per cage with a cohabiting-pair exception within limits.

Use a rigid secure ventilated crate with water container. The published 100×65×70 cm is recommended, not a universal maximum. Sharing is conditional on compatibility, size/age and 23 kg provisions; confirm the case. Pets over 32 kg are not accepted to Tunisia or Tanzania.

UK, UAE, Kenya and to/from South Africa require cargo. Accompanied hold transport transiting Cairo is suspended until further notice. Listed short-nosed breeds require the airline acknowledgement form, not an automatic breed ban. Confirm current route acceptance.
