Healthy non-pregnant dogs/cats older than 15 weeks, pet+soft frameless bag ≤8 kg;55×40×23 cm/118 cm, fully closed under seat. One bag/passenger; compatible adult pair or same-litter pair ≤6 months can share within 8 kg. US dogs ≥6 months. Bring two signed forms.

Hold dogs/cats must be over 15 weeks, healthy, clean and non-pregnant. Hard crate maximum 125 ×75 ×85 cm; larger crates require cargo. Secure bolted leakproof container, ventilation on four sides, natural standing/turning/lying, no wheels, exterior-access food/water dishes and handling spacers.

Applicable conditions
Book through the service centre in advance. Check in at least two hours before the latest check-in time, not simply two hours before departure. Ordinary pets into UK and unaccompanied pets require cargo. Transfers via BRU/FRA/ZRH/VIE/GVA incur a published EUR 150 surcharge per direction; route/crate-band fees are separate. The page has US dog suspension wording, so actual US acceptance needs confirmation.
