Each checked pet may weigh no more than 32 kg including its container, food and water. The checked-baggage page allows one pet per passenger, subject to approval.

The checked-pet policy excludes specified snub-nosed and aggressive breeds, sick or pregnant pets, and pets younger than eight weeks. Some aircraft do not have a suitable oxygen-supplied hold. The selected checked-pet policy refuses nursing animals and animals that gave birth within seven days, in addition to pregnant, sick and under-eight-week animals. This does not establish a cabin service or change the existing breed and route restrictions.
