Dogs/cats in cabin: combined pet+container at most 8 kg, normally one pet per passenger; cabin quota and sharing exceptions need approval. Airbus/Boeing container maximum is 30×47×27 cm as published, with no dimension order labelled.

Published hold container maximum on Airbus/Boeing is 122×81×88 cm. Rigid, leak-proof, ventilated, feeding openings and room to stand/lie/turn; animals 40 kg or heavier require durable wooden crates. At most two familiar animals, each ≤14 kg, may share; larger animals separate.

Request at least 24 hours before departure. Provide pet passport, veterinary-supervision certificate, tattoo/microchip identity and container. Listed domestic minimum age is eight weeks, international three months; destination age and documents can be stricter. Price depends on route/mode and is paid at check-in.

The airline requires air-waybill transport for listed baggage-restricted destinations including Great Britain, Ireland, South Africa and Australia; India/UAE import is cargo-only in its guidance. Confirm each direction and route with Cargo. Do not treat the FAQ's soothing-pill suggestion as approval to sedate an animal; verify fitness and medication with a veterinarian and airline.
