APHIS Form 7001 may be used, issued within twenty-one days of travel. If a USDA-accredited veterinarian signs and enters the national accreditation number (NAN), no APHIS federal endorsement is required. Carry it with the import permit and valid rabies certificate; the form’s generic thirty-day wording does not replace Senegal’s twenty-one-day requirement.
