Complete a separate owner/exporter declaration per animal: disease/contact-free preceding thirty days, six months in embarkation country or since birth, and at least four months at export.

Within three days of departure, the Official Veterinarian examines the animal, verifies identity by description and microchip, and finds no clinical disease or ectoparasites.

Dogs need full distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus immunization per manufacturer. The dog must be at least seventeen weeks old when vaccinated against parvovirus.

The dog certificate requires veterinarian-managed doxycycline treatment for fourteen consecutive days within thirty days of scheduled shipment, at its specified dose. Arrange the course with the veterinarian; do not substitute vaccination alone.

Dogs: praziquantel within twenty-one days of shipment; pyrantel pamoate or fenbendazole at recommended dose and topical/spray treatment killing ticks, lice and fleas within four days. Record dates and products.

Cats need panleucopenia, rhinotracheitis and calicivirus vaccinations one to twelve months before export, given at least three months of age.
