US-origin pets travelling directly or only through Article 7 listed countries use the titration-exempt branch. Non-listed transit needs the Annex 3 no-contact and secure-transport/international-airport conditions, or a separate test pathway. The model differs between issue-date and import-date wording for the three-month wait; confirm that alternative with the authority rather than calculating a guaranteed entry date here.
